Arizona Short Sale Guide

There are tools everywhere on the internet, and with quick searches, you can bring up relevant information for almost any category.  First question, what makes it relevant?

First and foremost, you have to consider the source.  There are many companies in the valley that consider themselves short sale specialists and will tell you all day long that they are well versed and highly experienced in getting short sales successfully negotiated.  Based on a pretty large sample size of Arizona Realtors that have given feedback, most of them do not even want to touch a short sale and would much rather focus on potential buyers and let someone else deal with the listing side.

Keep in mind that when you need to select an agent to list your property for sale, and you are somewhat over leveraged, you will want to make sure that they’ve successfully completed a short sale.  More importantly, find one that has completed MANY.

Our team has been negotiating short sales since 2003, when only a few people knew what a short sale was.  Since we’ve successfully negotiated hundreds of them over the years, for this reason, we can offer our expertise to you in many different capacities.  One of which is in the form of our Arizona Short Sale Guide.

What is it?   It’s a compilation of our experiences in the distressed property market, along with legal expertise when comparing the differences between alternatives to foreclosure.

Why do I need it?  It’s difficult to make a decision based on a limited amount of facts, or from what someone else has told you, when you may or may not know what their level of expertise is on the subject.  Would you take marriage advice from someone that’s been divorced 3 times?

What do I get from it?  You’ll obtain the facts, the solutions available, the liability involved, anti deficiency information, and the available options to work with us in selling your property effectively and efficiently.

There are many pieces of information that you can find on the subject.  Ours was put together in conjunction with one of the best Arizona Real Estate Attorney’s input.  We can say that, because the Arizona School of Real Estate relies on him for information as well.

Isn’t it time you got all the information, instead of making snap decisions based on a few facts or opinions?
